As Ideal approved installers, we can offer extended manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years on Ideal boilers — more than a standard installer. This status requires ongoing training and quality standards.

Our Alpha Heating approved installer status allows us to offer up to 10 years extended warranty on Alpha boilers. Alpha only grants this status to engineers who meet their specific installation and training requirements.

"Put my mum at ease"
Well what can I say — absolutely brilliant service. I would highly recommend this company. They came and fitted a new boiler system for my 85-year-old mother-in-law who's agoraphobic. They're extremely lovely lads and really put her at ease — nothing was too much trouble. They arrived when they said they would (which is a bonus nowadays) and kept me informed throughout. It wasn't an easy job but their work was 100% and they left the place nice and tidy afterwards. I honestly can't rate this company high enough — 10/10 lads, thank you for all your hard work.

"Diagnosed clearly"
Had problems with getting hot water for a few weeks and Danny came out straight away and diagnosed the problem, which required replacement of the heat exchange plate. They explained clearly what the issue was and what was needed to fix it. Part was ordered and replaced in a couple of days. All work was undertaken without any mess or disruption — I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

We install and replace boilers, fix breakdowns, service heating systems, fit and flush central heating, install heat pumps and carry out gas safety checks. If it runs on gas or moves heat around your home, it is our trade.
For most weekday calls in the S70 to S75 area we aim to be with you the same day. We give you a realistic time on the phone rather than a vague window, and winter demand can stretch this, but we will always be straight with you.
