Eco Heat Surge (Yorkshire) Ltd is a Gas Safe registered heating company based in South Yorkshire. We collect personal data only when you contact us or request a quote through this website.
What Data We Collect
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and the details you provide about your heating enquiry. We do not collect payment information through this website.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the heating services you request. We will contact you by phone or email in response to your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We never sell or trade your personal data. Data may be shared with our engineers to fulfil your service request. If you have accepted marketing cookies, a securely hashed version of your contact details may also be shared with Meta so we can measure our advertising, as described under Cookies and Advertising below.
Data Retention
We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to fulfil your request and comply with any legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@ecoheatsurge.com.

Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, including one that records your cookie choice. Marketing cookies are only set after you press Accept on our cookie banner, and nothing is loaded before you choose. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, which brings the banner back.
Cookies and Advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to understand which adverts lead to genuine enquiries. This tells us that a quote request happened and which advert it came from. Where you submit a quote request, we send Meta a one-way encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) version of your name, email address, phone number and postcode so it can match the enquiry to an advert. Meta never receives these details in readable form, and we send nothing at all if you have not accepted marketing cookies. Meta acts as an independent controller for this data; see facebook.com/privacy/policy for how it handles it.
