The fine print
- All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- “From” prices are the starting figure for a like-for-like job in straightforward conditions. Anything more complex is quoted on the day after a free survey.
- “Labour only” means parts (e.g. radiators, taps) are not included. You can supply them yourself or we can price them in.
- Same-property, same-visit pricing for radiators and small jobs assumes work happens in one trip — we don't charge a second call-out for adjacent work.
- Heat pump pricing is always survey-led. The £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant is applied directly to your invoice — you never see the paperwork.
- Emergency callout pricing is quoted upfront before we set off. We never use emergency rates as a way to charge more for a routine fix.
